Hi Piotr,
I believe what you are after is the Offset option. This option is available when you have used the Feature Surface, Triangle Surface, Slope, Platform and Path tools. As shown in the image, in the right-hand-side menu you can change the Define option to Levels and Offset and the Offset value to the level you want to change it to.
